At Father Figure clothing, we strive to deliver high-quality products that are shipped accurately and on time. Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a comprehensive Return and Exchanges policy for a full 30-day period after the purchase date. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if you are disappointed for any of the following reasons:
– The product itself is flawed.
– The print quality of the product is poor.
– The final product is materially different from the image presented on the product page.

Replacement and Exchanges

While we typically do not accept refunds for incorrect selections of sizes, designs, colors, etc., we do offer support for replacements. However, customers are required to cover the shipping fee and a small handling fee (which may vary depending on the product type, such as Hoodies or Sweatshirts).
We are happy to provide a refund or send you a free replacement if the product differs in size or image from what was purchased on the website, or if the size chart on the website is incorrect.

There may be up to a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received. This variation may occur due to differences in lighting during photography or variations in monitor displays.
In the rare event of any unsatisfactory issues, we will typically re-ship the item at our cost. Please rest assured that we are here to assist you at all times.

Cancellations and Modifications

You have the option to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing your original order. We process shipments once per day, so if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes until it arrives at your doorstep. At that point, you can return it, and we’ll process the refund accordingly.
Please note that requests to cancel or modify orders, especially those using promo codes, to replace a prior, existing, or current order are not covered by the cancellation policy. Refer to the Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes section below for further details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes, refunds may take some time to be officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us again.
