For print-on-demand orders, processing time before shipping typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days, varying for each product type. During peak periods, processing time may extend to 2-4 or 3-7 business days.

Shipping Time

Domestic US

Standard shipping: 7 - 10 business days delivery (usually carried by UPS, DHL and USPS)
Ground shipping: 3 - 5 business days delivery (usually carried by USPS)
Fast shipping: 2 - 3 business days delivery (usually carried by USPS and FedEx)

International

Standard shipping: 14 - 21 business days delivery (usually carried by DHL)

PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO

Shipments can indeed be delivered to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, it's important to keep in mind that the shipping time for orders sent to these addresses may be longer. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking updates may stop for security reasons.

Please note that only ground or fast shipping services are available for orders delivered to military addresses, which helps minimize the risk of lost packages.

Missing Delivered Packages

Please follow these steps to ensure the safe delivery of the package:

  1. Thoroughly inspect the mailbox and surrounding area. If the customer resides in an apartment, building, or complex, please double-check nearby parcel lockers, mail centers, or consult with building guards.
  2. Check any available security cameras for any relevant footage.
  3. Contact the local post office for more detailed information regarding the package.
  4. If there is still no information about the package, reach out to our support team for a replacement.

Missing Items

FIND A MISSING ITEM FROM YOUR PACKAGE

If a item is missing from your package, it might have been shipped separately.

If you have received your package and notice that an item is missing, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Your Orders and check if the missing item is in another shipment.
  2. Select Track Package next to the item's image to find the delivery date for this shipment.
  3. If you are still unable to locate your item, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
